We started with gathering some mood images that inspired us and clustered them into colours or themes. Our Common Stitch Pinterest Page has some great mood inspo that inspired us and could help inspire you too!
From there we had a clear idea of which sewing pattern we wanted to use! We then broke down all the information that we required, from notions, size and any alterations we wanted to make. (This is always great to take along with you as a simple shopping list!)
Then comes the fun part of selecting the fabrics! Throughout the sewing process we were able to write down any notes for future makes or simple hacks we could try out!
This project sheet is not only great for gathering all your creative thoughts down in one place, but its also great to keep a record of what did and didn't work and what you could sew next time!
